More Detroit area companies plan in 2009 to dramatically shift more health benefit costs to employees, add wellness programs and change their financial assumptions for projected health costs than they had predicted just three months ago, according to a new survey by the Detroit office of Mercer, a New York-based human resources and consulting firm.
