Post-acute provider Kindred Healthcare, Louisville, Ky., said that Andy Whitehead, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Kindred Healthcare's hospital division, died Oct. 22.
Whitehead, 62, had served in that position since 2001. According to Kindred, his healthcare experience included a long list of senior-level finance positions, including his role as vice president and director of finance for Tenet Healthcare Corp. from March 1995 to August 1997.
