Harry Greenspun, M.D., was named executive vice president and chief medical officer of the healthcare industry group of Perot Systems Corp. to provide strategic direction of technological improvements in clinical care, the company announced. Greenspun, 43, served previously as chief medical officer within the information technology segment of Northrop Grumman Corp. He also has been executive director at Russell Reynolds Associates and a director at the Advisory Board Co. Greenspun served as chief resident in the department of anesthesiology and crucial-care medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and holds a medical degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelors degree from Harvard University. Plano, Texas-based Perot develops information technology services for a range of industries.
