Christopher Cornue takes over as the new chief executive officer at 132-bed McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colo., part of the 19-hospital Banner Health system, on Sept. 15.
Cornue, 39, comes to Banner Health from 296-bed Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center in Chicago where he most recently held the titles of vice president of the hospital and executive director of Sinai Medical Group.
Before that he held leadership posts with the Oak Brook, Ill.-based University HealthSystem Consortium and the University of Chicago Hospitals.
Cornue replaces Rick Sutton who left McKee in May to become CEO of McKees sister hospital, 301-bed North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. -- by Andis Robeznieks
