Kennedy Health System, Voorhees, N.J., named Martin Bieber to succeed Richard Murray as president and chief executive officer when Murray steps down on June 1. Murray, 60, will leave Kennedy Health after 17 years as its CEO. Bieber, 57, Kennedy Healths senior vice president of operations since early 2006, has been appointed executive vice president of the three-hospital system until Murrays exit. Previously, Bieber, a certified public accountant, spent 14 years with five-hospital Catholic Health Services of Long Island and another 12 years with 794-bed Beth Israel Medical Center, New York.
