St. John Health has announced leadership changes effective July 1 to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of David Stephens as president of flagship St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit. Diane Radloff, 54,currently president of St. John Healths Providence Hospital in Southfield, Mich., will move into that position and also become executive vice president for the east region of the Detroit-based Ascension Health subsidiary.
Michael Wiemann, 59, the systems chief medical officer since December, will replace Radloff at Providence. Stephens, a retired banking executive, took the helm of St. John Hospital & Medical Center less than two years ago and will take a seat on the system's board. -- by Gregg Blesch
