I have been working in medical-billing support for 12 years and I constantly see administrative staff who are completely ignorant. More often than not the level of incompetence among the billing departments along with upper management makes me wonder how they got the job. While trying to explain loops and segments to a client I get screamed at that, This is not the way I used to do it! Bring on socialist health.
