The National Forum for Latino Healthcare Executives, Chicago, named Angela Anderson as its first executive director. Anderson has also been selected as a leadership consultant to the Asian Health Care Leaders Association, Chicago. Anderson was director of operations at the Institute for Diversity in Healthcare Management before becoming interim executive director of the forum in September 2007. She is also a founder of the professional association, which was created to expand Latino healthcare leadership and influence health policies and research agendas that affect the Latino community.
