William McGuire has been elected a director of the CTG board, the company announced.
McGuire, 64, who served as president and chief executive officer of Kaleida Health from 2002 to 2005, increases CTG's number of directors to eight. The Buffalo, N.Y.-based outsourcing company provides information technology staffing, consulting and software management.
McGuire has a master's of hospital administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame. In addition to serving as president and CEO of several hospitals and health systems, McGuire has served on boards of provider, payer and professional organizations.
