Tom Arnold has been named chief financial officer and vice president of finance for
447-bed Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta.
Arnold, 48, replaces Charlie Hall, who became executive vice president and chief
financial officer for Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare after Jeffrey Crudele left last year. Crudele now serves as CFO of Hospital Partners of America, Charlotte, N.C.
Arnold served previously as vice president of finance and CFO of 115-bed Rockdale
Medical Center, Conyers, Ga., and has held several financial management positions in hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the South. Arnold is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA and bachelors degree in economics from the University of South Alabama. -- by Jean
