The Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative has announced its board of directors and officers of the 2008 term.
The officers are: Martin Ciccocioppo, 44, vice president of research for the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, chairman; Mark Jacobs, 53, director of information technology at WellSpan Health, vice chairman; Darlene Kauffman, 56, associate director of payer relations at the Pennsylvania Medical Society, secretary; and Scott Gillam, 39, director of eHealth Systems at Highmark, treasurer.
Ellen Marshall, director of professional education at the Arthritis Foundation, Eastern Pennsylvania chapter, is a new member. Two re-elected members are: Kenneth Coburn, president, chief executive officer and medical officer of Health Quality Partners; and Jay Srini, vice president of emerging technology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
