Todd Ebert, president of the St. Louis-based group purchasing organization Amerinet, has added chief executive officer to his title.
Ebert, 53, begins his appointment immediately. He joined Amerinet in 1991 from Intermountain Healthcare and has served in a variety of positions, including chief operating officer and executive vice president of contracting operations.
Ebert replaces Victor Samolovitch, who resigned as CEO in April 2007, after less than a year in the position. At the time, Amerinet spokeswoman Lisa DiMuccio-Conway said Samolovitch left Amerinet because he had accomplished his task, which was to coordinate the realignment of Amerinet. -- by Shawn Rhea
