MDI Achieve, the U.S. subsidiary of Montreal-based Logibec Groupe Informatique, will acquire QuickCare Software Services in a $22.5 million deal, the company announced.
Frisco, Texas-based QuickCare develops clinical and administrative software for the long-term healthcare industry. The purchase is expected to increase MDI's customer base to 7,500 and will contribute about $8.5 million in annual revenue for Logibec.
Logibec focuses on information systems from the health and social services sector, serving senior-living communities and long-term-care facilities in the U.S. through MDI.
