Nominations for the first round of the Modern Healthcare/Modern Physician "50 Most Powerful Physician-Executives" competition for 2008 are closed. The nominating period ended Friday, Dec. 7.
Voting on the final ballot will be open from Dec. 23 to Jan. 25. The final ranking will be published in the April 7 issue of Modern Physician and the April 14 issue of Modern Healthcare.
