EHealth Global Technologies has announced the formation of its board of directors.
Michael Margiotta, chief executive officer of eHealth, is the board chairman. Margiotta, 36, has served several management roles in the healthcare industry, and founded National Digital Health Solutions, which was purchased by eHealth last year. He holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and legal studies from St. John's University.
Other members of the board include: Ken Rosenfeld, president of eHealth; Andrea McLaren, eHealth's director of human resources; Dan Kerpelman, former president of Eastman Kodak Co.'s Health Imaging Group; Manish Mehta, a physician and associate professor at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center; Thomas Tortora, owner of Tortora & Associates, Rochester, N.Y.; and D. Christopher Chung, vice president of medical affairs, research and development, and engineering at Natus Medical, San Carlos, Calif.
