Nasdaq sent a second warning to Merge Technologies stating it faces delisting if financial statements are not filed soon.
The Milwaukee-based medical imaging and information management systems provider has until Jan. 29, 2008, to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30 to regain Nasdaq compliance, according to a company news release. This is the second delisting warning Merge has receivedthe first came after it had not filed its 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30. Merge said it had expected to receive the warning.
In October, Merge announced it expects to file several financial statements by Dec. 31, including the two 10-Q forms. Merge will restate audited financial statements for the years ended Dec. 31, 2004, 2005 and 2006, as well as other information previously included in the 2006 annual report. It will also restate unaudited information from its quarterly report for the quarters ended March 31, June 30 and Sept. 30.
