HCA, Nashville, said Bryan Rogers will be promoted to president of the companys Far West division, effective Jan. 1, 2008.
Rogers, 50, will replace Tom May, who announced his retirement last month. Rogers has been president of HCAs Midwest Division in Kansas City, Mo., since the position was created in April 2003 in conjunction with HCAs acquisition of not-for-profit Health Midwest, also in Kansas City.
Rogers joined HCA as a hospital administrator in 1999. Prior to joining HCA, he worked for Citrus Valley Health Partners, Covina, Calif. Rogers is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. -- by Vince Galloro
