James Burgess has been named chief executive officer of Dairyland Healthcare Solutions. He replaces John Trzeciak, who served as interim CEO since Francisco Partners acquired Glenwood, Minn.-based Dairyland in June, the company said.
Burgess served as president and CEO of Mediware, a blood and medication management software firm, until his resignation July 2. Prior to that, Burgess was vice president and general manager for 3M Health Information Systems.
