The iSoft Group last week said it's considering auctioning off its business, following IBA Health's decision to up its bid to $334.8 million.
The troubled U.K. software company, which supplies technology to the U.K's National Health Service, now has two companies offering to buy it and if the other suitor, CompuGroup, decides to increase its current $322.2 million bid, then iSoft plans to initiate an auction for its sale.
"In the event that both firms remain interested, there will be an auction process," a spokesman for iSoft told Dow Jones Newswires.
