A Health Affairs briefing on portable health information is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. EDT Wednesday, Aug. 1, at the National Press Club, Washington. The session will examine the lessons learned from the Santa Barbara County (Calif.) Data Exchange, a project that failed after 10 years.
