Kaiser Permanente Colorado President Donna Lynne has been elected to chair the board of directors for the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization, or CORHIO, a not-for-profit organization that began two years ago as a coalition seeking to forge a consensus on how a statewide health information exchange could be implemented.
Lynne, 53, has been president of Kaiser Permanente Colorado since April 2005, and previously served for seven years as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Group Health, in New York state. She also worked as senior vice president for New York City's Health and Hospitals Corp. and as executive director of the New York Business Group on Health.
