Timothy Zoph, vice president, information services and chief information officer at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, has been appointed to the board of directors for Technology Solutions Co., a Chicago-based healthcare consultant specializing in radio frequency identification, and radiology and cardiac imaging.
In 2003, Zoph, 51, was recognized as the John E. Gall CIO of the Year by the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. From 1984 to 1993, he was the assistant vice president and CIO for Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Brookfield, Wis.
