Crdentia Corp. named John Kaiser to succeed James Durham as chief executive officer. Durham, founder of Dallas-based Crdentia, a healthcare staffing company, announced his retirement on March 6, effective March 1, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Durham also stepped down as a director and board chairman March 1. He will continue as a consultant to Crdentia for eight months, the filings said. Kaiser, recently the CEO of Aperon Biosystems, Menlo Park, Calif., will join Crdentia on March 26, Crdentia said in a news release. Crdentias board elected C.
