Fatima Reep has resigned from the board of directors of First Consulting Group, Long Beach, Calif., the information technology consulting firm has announced. First Consulting will not seek a replacement for Reep, reducing the size of the board to eight members. Reep has served on the board since July 1999, when she was appointed to fill the seat opened after her husband and First Consulting co-founder James Reep died, according to her biography contained in a proxy statement released to the public. The company was founded in 1980.
