Two former executives of Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, R.I., are scheduled for sentencing Jan. 31 on their convictions for hiring a former state senator to advance the hospitals political interest. Former Roger Williams President Robert Urciuoli was convicted of one count of conspiracy and 35 counts of mail fraud. Frances Driscoll, a former vice president, was convicted of one count of mail fraud. The former state senator, John Celona, also is scheduled for sentencing Jan. 31 on three counts of mail fraud.
