Personal e-mails are OK. But this guy, Justen Deal, crossed the line. You don't criticize the organization you work for like that. Of course employee input helps to strengthen the company's operations, but outright downgrading your employer is "not cool." Retrain this guy, keep your focus and continue with this much-needed product: electronic health records.
