Le Bonheur Childrens Medical Center, Memphis, Tenn., said it named Meri Armour as president and chief executive officer. Armour replaces Peggy Troy, who became chief operating officer of Le Bonheurs parent, Methodist Healthcare, Memphis. Armour has worked for University Hospitals Health System, Cleveland, since 1995. Most recently, she was senior vice president and general manager of the systems Rainbow Babies and Childrens Hospital, MacDonald Hospital for Women and Ireland Cancer Center.
