William Cullen has been named to the board of directors for electronic medical-record developer MedeFile International, Cedar Knolls, N.J., and will serve as chairman of the boards audit committee.
From 1998 through 2004, Cullen served in various executive officer capacities for Denver-based messaging software developer Webb Interactive Services, including chairman, president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer. Previously, he worked as chairman and CEO of Access Television Network. Prior to that, he held various high-level posts with Tribune Cable, United Cable and United Artists Cable, and was also a founder and the first chairman of Adlink, a Los Angeles-based cable television advertising company. -- By Andis Robeznieks / HITS staff writer
