The Medical Group Management Association, Englewood, Colo., unveiled a new online simulator for medical-practice executives. The MGMA said the five-week, Web-based training program compresses three years of administrative experience at a 12-doctor primary-care practice. It will cost $600 per person. The simulator, created in partnership with Regis University in Denver, uses computer modeling based on historical data from MGMA survey reports and addresses such matters as financial scenarios, employee morale and productivity. -- by Michael Romano
