Marc Winchester has been named president and a member of the board of directors of Baltimore-based Digital Healthcare, a developer of digital imaging software and communication systems, the company has announced.
Winchester comes to the position from Raleigh, N.C.-based Misys Healthcare Systems, a unit of U.K.-based Misys, where he served as senior vice president of market development. Word of Winchesters departure surfaced last month as Misys has reportedly been looking for a buyer that thus far has not materialized. -- Joseph Conn / HITS staff writer
