HealthSouth Corp., Birmingham, Ala., signed a definitive agreement to sell its last international holding, 74-bed Cedar Court Rehabilitation Hospital, Camberwell, Australia, to ING Real Estate Healthcare Fund for $15.7 million, according to HealthSouth and Australian Business News. The deal also includes a stand-alone rehabilitation facility and occupational-medicine business. Epworth Foundation, a not-for-profit health system based in Melbourne, Australia, will lease the hospital under a 15-year contract, Business News reported.
