Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) and others from both sides of the aisle in Congress to support improvements in healthcare information technology. The founder of the Center for Health Transformation, a spinoff of the for-profit Gingrich Group launched in 2003, Gingrich, 63, believes IT could lower healthcare costs and improve outcomes if used to its fullest.
