Boston-based VFA has acquired Mezzia, whose software is used by healthcare companies to manage their capital spending and facilities. The companies did not specify Mezzia's price tag. Mezzia was founded in 1999 and raised more than $12 million in venture capital. VFA will maintain Mezzia's headquarters office in Indianapolis. VFA also sells software for managing facilities.
