Behavioral-health services firm Magellan Health Services, Avon, Conn., agreed to buy radiology-benefits manager National Imaging Associates, Hackensack, N.J., for $122 million in cash. Magellan said National Imaging is one of the leaders in the fast-growing area of radiology-benefits management, serving about 17 million health-plan members. Magellan said it expects the acquisition to add $58 million to annual revenue. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2006, subject to regulatory approvals. -- by Joseph Mantone
