Bonnie Phipps has resigned her post as president and chief executive officer at St. Joseph's Health System, Atlanta, to take on the same titles at Baltimore's St. Agnes Hospital, effective Jan. 1. Phipps, 57, replaces Kenneth Bancroft, who resigned effective at the end of this year after 16 years at the hospital. Phipps, who has been at St. Joseph's for three years, is a Baltimore native. -- by Todd Sloane
