Baptist Health, Jacksonville, Fla., plans to spend $90 million to $100 million to build a new hospital with up to 92 beds in a fast-growing area south of Orange Park, Fla. Hugh Greene, Baptist's president and chief executive officer, said the system finalized an $8.9 million deal for 32 acres for the proposed campus. Officials expect to file a certificate-of-need application with the state in the fall.
