Subsidium Health Advisors, Atlanta, a healthcare management advisory firm, will merge with Tatum Partners, a consultancy that focuses on finance and technology and also is based in Atlanta. Tatum, which now has about 500 professionals nationwide, will add about a dozen employees in the deal. The company projects revenue of about $90 million in 2005, compared with about $59 million in 2004, a spokesman said. Tatum said it expects the merger to help boost its work in healthcare, which the company said has been growing steadily. -- by Michael Romano
