Tenet Healthcare Corp., Dallas, said its board has elected two new directors, bringing the total to 12 directors. Karen Garrison and J. McDonald Williams joined the board effective March 23. Garrison recently retired as president of the management services subsidiary of Pitney Bowes, Stamford, Conn. Pitney Bowes provides mail and document management services. Williams is the retired chairman of Trammell Crow Co., a Dallas-based provider of real estate management and brokerage services. Earlier this month, Brenda Gaines, president and chief executive officer of Diners Club North America, a unit of Citigroup, joined Tenet's board. -- by Vince Galloro
