Universal Health Services, King of Prussia, Pa., said it may make a strategic move to "unlock" the value of its behavioral health business. "We are constantly looking at all sorts of opportunities to unlock what we think is the underlying value of our stock, including the behavioral business," Chief Financial Officer Steve Filton told analysts and investors on a conference call. Filton told Reuters News that one option would be to spin off some facilities into a new company. Filton said by year-end UHS will have completed a two-year expansion plan increasing its capacity at one-third of its psychiatric facilities. UHS has 44 psychiatric and 25 acute-care hospitals in North America. -- by Vince Galloro
