The National Rural Health Association announced its 2005 president-elect -- Bill Sexton, chief executive officer of the North Coast Service Area for Providence Health System, Seattle. Sexton, 56, previously an NRHA trustee and member of its rural policy board, will replace Hilda Heady, who takes over as president of the organization Jan. 1. Heady, also 56, is executive director of West Virginia Rural Health Education Partnerships and associate vice president for rural health at West Virginia University, Morgantown. -- by Joseph Mantone
