Deaconess Hospital of Oklahoma City and Triad Hospitals signed a letter of intent to create a joint venture to operate the 289-bed hospital. Deaconess officials declined to comment on possible structures for the joint venture until due diligence is completed in 60 days to 90 days and final terms are negotiated.
