* In a story Sept. 27 ("Looking outside for IT," p. 19) on information technology outsourcing plans at Stanford Hospital & Clinics and adjacent Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Palo Alto., Calif., Carolyn Byerly was identified as chief information officer of both hospitals. * An Outliers item on personnel changes at HHS' inspector general's office (Oct. 4, p. 36) erroneously identified the new acting principal deputy inspector general as Larry Goldman. His correct name is Larry Goldberg.
