The National Center for Healthcare Leadership, Chicago, has selected four university programs as demonstration sites for a pilot program involving new curriculum and outcome assessments for graduate healthcare-management programs. The sites are: University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; University of Minnesota, Minneapolis; Simmons College, Boston; and University of Washington, Seattle. The project is designed to provide a comprehensive review of current programs, course content, teaching methods and assessment practices in healthcare-management programs, officials said. -- by Michael Romano
