Henry Ford Health System, Detroit, named Kaiser Permanente executive Anthony Armada as president and chief executive officer of 634-bed Henry Ford Hospital, the system's flagship, and a network of 30 ambulatory-care centers, effective May 10. Armada, 44, has been senior vice president and area manager for Kaiser's metropolitan Los Angeles area. He replaces Nancy Schlichting, who last year became president and CEO of the four-hospital Henry Ford system. -- by Mark Taylor
