Regency Hospital Co., Alpharetta, Ga., said it will develop a 38-bed long-term, acute-care hospital in Covington, La., in space leased from HCA-owned 146-bed Lakeview Regional Medical Center. The hospital is expected to open in April. Separately, Commonwealth Health Corp. said it will establish a 28-bed long-term, acute-care hospital in 506-bed Medical Center at Bowling Green (Ky.) slated to open midyear.
