The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality issued its first report on healthcare outcomes at the consortium's hospital, clinic and health plan members, based on 42 quality measures. Not all participants were able to provide data on all measures. Among the six hospitals reporting data on aspirin prescriptions for heart-attack patients, prescribing rates at discharge ranged from 94% to 100%, compared with a national average of 88%. Among five hospitals reporting the percent of heart-failure patients assessed for left ventricular function, assessment rates ranged from 72% to 100%, compared with 78% nationally.
