* In an Aug. 11 story about a General Accounting Office report criticizing CMS Administrator Thomas Scully (p. 8), American Hospital Association spokesman Richard Wade's title was incorrect. Wade is the AHA's senior vice president of communications.
* HSS, a healthcare financial software firm, is based in Hamden, Conn. Its location was incorrectly identified in a cover story about Medicare outlier payments (July 14, p. 4).
