A man found dead in a Missouri hotel room of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound has been tentatively identified as the husband of the Kentucky hospital executive who was murdered last week. Gary Culp had been sought on suspicion of murdering his wife, Linda, whose body was discovered last week in a shallow grave near her Kenna, W.Va., home. Linda Culp was president and CEO of 95-bed Marymount Medical Center, London, Ky. Authorities where awaiting autopsy results for the body discovered yesterday in the Blue Springs, Mo., hotel. An autopsy was scheduled to be performed today, police spokesman Sgt. Mike Kruger said. Kruger said it appears that the man had been dead for two to three days. -- by Michael Romano
