Construction is expected to begin next year on a $50 million children's hospital on the campus of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, N.J. The 75,000-square-foot Children's Specialized Hospital will provide inpatient and outpatient care for children with burn, brain, spinal cord and other injuries. Children with learning, behavioral and developmental disabilities will use the hospital on an outpatient basis. The hospital will be built onto the existing Bristol-Myers Squibb Children's Hospital and Child Health Institute of New Jersey. -- by Patrick Reilly
