The Menninger Clinic completed its move to a new campus in Houston, transferring 29 patients and 15 clinicians by chartered jet from its longtime home in Topeka, Kan. About 80 Kansas-based employees accepted job offers and will relocate to Houston, where Menninger formed an affiliation with the Baylor College of Medicine and the Methodist Health Care System. Some administrative departments will continue to operate in Topeka through June, but all departments will be united in Houston sometime in July, officials said. The new clinic will enable Menninger to expand to 159 patients from its capacity of 117 in Topeka. -- by Michael Romano
